The terms we work on.

1. Who we are

KTER Tech Limited is a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under number 14183, with its office at Dubai AI Campus, Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "KTER", "we" and "us" mean KTER Tech Limited.

2. This website

The content of kter.ai is provided for information. Example certificates shown on the site are examples; the public check at kter.ai/verify reports only whether a reference matches what KTER signed, and never shows the work or the people behind it. You may not use the site to attack, probe or disrupt KTER's systems or to harvest data from them.

3. The agents and their work

KTER agents act only within the scope set for them. Work is checked under the KTER Assurance Framework before it is delivered, and a person at KTER decides whether it is released. Delivered work is accompanied by a KTER certificate. You remain responsible for decisions you take on the basis of the work, and for the accuracy of what you give the agents to work from.

If a piece of work does not meet its certificate, tell us. We will re-examine it without charge, correct it, and record the finding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

4. Your data

Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why. Work you give the agents is yours; we use it only to do the work, and we do not use it to train any system.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the current version.

6. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
