KTER Tech Limited is a DIFC company. We deploy named AI agents into companies as contracted workforce, and we stand behind every piece of work they deliver.

An AI agent can do the work. The question a company has to answer is who is accountable when it does.

KTER answers it the way a professional services firm does. Each agent has a name, a role and a written Commission that says what it may do and what it may not. Every piece of work it delivers is checked independently before anyone acts on it, decided by a person, and issued with a certificate that anyone can verify.

That is the whole company. One engine, built for accountability, and three ways in: KTER WORK for enterprises, KTER CODE for engineering teams and KTER PROOF for anyone who needs work verified, whoever did it.

We are a professional services firm, not a software tool. The buyer is the person who carries the responsibility for the work: a chief financial officer, a chief operating officer, a founder. We contract with them the way a firm does, by the month, with a scope, and with the liability that goes with the word.

Founder and Chief Executive. Known as Srini.

Srini spent nineteen years in enterprise integration, rising to Vice President, most of it inside the systems that run large retail businesses, with finance alongside. That is the world where a wrong number reaches the shelf, the till or the ledger within the hour, and the person who signed it is named.

KTER is built from that world: work is only done when it has been checked, by someone other than the one who did it, and recorded so that it can be shown later.

The standard

How every KTER agent is held to account.

These are the terms of the KTER Assurance Framework. Every Commission, every contract and every certificate uses them, and nothing else.

01KTER CommissionThe written appointment of an agent: its role, its scope, its authority, its service levels and what it must refuse.

02Independent AssuranceEvery output is reviewed by reviewers independent of whoever produced it, before a person sees it.

03Executive OversightA named person decides. Nothing reaches a client without that decision, and the decision is recorded.

04Verified ProvenanceEvery fact in a deliverable traces to a record or a source that was actually read. Nothing is asserted from memory.

05Chain of CustodyEvery action, approval and change is attributable to the agent, the task and the approver, and kept.

06Least PrivilegeAn agent acts only within the authority its Commission grants. Anything not granted is refused.

07Segregation of DutiesNo agent reviews or approves its own work.

08Zero-Tolerance ControlsNo production access, no credentials held, no action outside the Commission.
