What we collect, and why.
We collect what we need to reply to you and to hold the meeting you asked for. Nothing more, and never for advertising or training.
Who is responsible
KTER Tech Limited, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under number 14183, Dubai AI Campus, Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, is responsible for the personal data described here. This notice is published under the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email, company and message. When you book a meeting: your name, email, company, phone number if given, the purpose you choose and any note you add.
Why
Only to reply to you and to arrange and hold the meeting you asked for. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train any system.
Who processes it
Your messages and bookings are handled through Google Workspace, for email and calendar. The website runs on Cloudflare, which also provides the check that protects our forms from automated abuse. These providers may process the data outside the DIFC.
How long
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or our relationship with you, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@kter.ai.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
