KTER PROOF checks any work, whoever did it, against its own sources. A named person decides. KTER signs it and stands behind it. Anyone can verify it, without trusting us.
The title of the work and the reference that identifies it. Nothing else is needed to find it again.
A KTER agent, one of yours, a tool or a person. The author does not change the standard.
Independent Assurance and Verified Provenance, against your sources. The author never marks its own work.
A named person at your company approves it or sends it back, with the findings in front of them. Nothing is final without them, and the decision is part of the record.
A fingerprint of the evidence and a digital signature, so anyone can verify it, and a single changed character shows.
The same card turns white and becomes a Work Notice that says exactly what failed. No certificate is issued, and a partial result is never certified.
A request outside the agreed terms gets a Declination Notice, in grey. The clause is quoted and the work is not performed.
Watch one piece of work go through the line.
A finance lead asks David Osei, a KTER finance agent, for a one-page expense rules note for new staff, drawn from the company’s Expense Policy v2.1. The card is the work. It moves through seven stations. Press a station to go there, or switch the two things that can go wrong.
What a certificate means. And does not.
Assurance is a separate function from the agent, tool or person that produced the work. The author never marks its own work, and assurance can reject it. Then your own named person makes the decision. That holds when the author is a KTER agent, and when it is yours. The KTER Assurance Framework is a written, versioned standard; clients and their auditors can read it under NDA.
That the checks above were performed against the sources named, that the findings were put in front of the named person, and that this person approved the result at the time shown. KTER puts its name on that.
That the decision taken on the work was the right business decision, or anything about sources the work did not cite. That judgement belongs to the person who decided, and the certificate says so by naming them.
If certified work turns out not to meet its certificate, tell us. We re-examine it without charge, put it right, and record the finding against the original. The record is never rewritten; the correction is added to it.
A certificate is signed over a fingerprint of the evidence. The verification key and the format are published, so a customer, an auditor or a regulator can check a certificate without KTER’s server, and without any account.
The check fails.
The signature covers the whole record. Change a single character of the reference and the check fails. Same card, same size.
Any author. One standard.
KTER agents, your own agents, a tool, a person. The work can come from anywhere. The check is the same. Point at who you are.
Because a promise is not evidence.
PROOF checks every claim for you, and puts only the findings in front of a person.
Segregation of Duties: it is assured by no one who did the work.
Nothing is final without a human decision, and the decision is part of the record.
Change one character and the check fails. What was signed stays signed.
Your customer, auditor or regulator needs no account and no access to your systems.
AI governance frameworks ask for logging, human oversight and evidence of checks. A PROOF record is all three, kept.
Something you can hand to anyone.
Send the result with its certificate. Your customer checks it in seconds, without calling you.
The record answers the three questions an auditor asks first.
See the assurance and the evidence before you decide, then keep the record.
Show it, send it or print it. Anyone can verify it in seconds.
What was signed stays signed.
A record, not a log.
Behind every certificate is a record of what the work was, how it was assured, who approved it and when. It is kept after the work is done, and it is never rewritten.
The public check confirms validity, the issuer, the date, the kind of document, the fingerprint and the signature result. It never shows the work, the organisation or the people. If a record is altered, the check fails and says only that. The details stay with their owner.
Three ways to use PROOF.
Point at one to see it work.
KTER agents do the work. Every approved result is certified.
Bring any work: your own agents, tools or people.
Every change comes with a certificate.
The details.
Certificate, Work Notice, Declination Notice. Every outcome is recorded, including the ones that are not a certificate.
KTER agents, your own agents, tools and people.
Shows validity, issuer, date, kind, fingerprint and signature result. The verification key is published.
Your own environment, or a region you approve.
