Deployment
Teams run inside your own cloud tenancy when your rules require it, or on KTER infrastructure in a region you approve. The option is set in the Statement of Work; changes require your approval and an updated Statement of Work.
Access and outputs
Connectors read your sources with delegated, read-only permissions your administrators grant. Deliverables are handed back to you for submission or filing; KTER does not submit on your behalf unless the Statement of Work says so.
What we keep
Where your retention rules permit, source files are deleted after the work is extracted. The proof card, the deliverable and the audit record remain, so every finding can be traced back to your own source documents.
What we promise
Deliverables, turnaround and quality targets in the Statement of Work, with service credits when they are missed, and a named person to call.
Term and pricing
Priced per agent per month for the engagement term in the Statement of Work. Performance is reviewed every 90 days and the team scales with your needs. Exact figures on the discovery call, once we understand the work.
